OUR POLICIES

Cancellation and No Show

We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives us a chance to offer your slot to someone else. Late cancellations or missed appointments mean we can’t fill the spot, so a full-service fee may apply.

Late arrival

Please give us a quick call if you’re delayed. We understand things happen, and will accommodate as best as possible. To be fair to everyone, your session will still finish at the scheduled time so we don’t delay the next guest. If this happens, the full fee still applies, even if your session is shorter. On our end, if we’re late, we’ll be happy to make it up by extending your session or adjusting the fee.

Professional Conduct

Our focus is on providing a safe, relaxing, and therapeutic experience. Any inappropriate behavior will lead to the session ending immediately, full fee charged, and services being declined in the future. This includes, but is not limited to: comments, gestures, or requests of a sexual nature. In serious cases, we may need to involve authorities. We will always treat you kindly and professionally, and we ask that you treat us the same.

  1. I understand that massage is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
     

  2. If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so the pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session. I therefore release Neesa Wellness and the individual therapist from all liability concerning my injuries that may occur during the session.
     

  3. I understand that today’s services are not a substitute for medical care and that my therapist is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical/mental illness.
     

  4. I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.
     

  5. I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition and that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.
     

  6. I understand that I or the massage therapist may terminate the session at any time.
     

  7. I have been given a chance to ask questions about the massage therapy session and my questions have been answered.
     

  8. Anyone under the age of 18 will need legal guardian consent.
