Drum Journey Meditation
This meditation modality incorporates the steady beat of an elk-skin drum, with Johana’s soothing voice guiding you into a meditation. Guests are nestled into a comfortable space while laying down on a massage table. We incorporate smudging with sacred herbs, set an intention, and flow into an easeful state where you can listen to the beat of our own heart drum and the soft whispers of your soul.
