Service Description
With Johana’s soothing voice guiding you into a meditation, guests are nestled into a comfortable space while laying down on a massage table. We incorporate smudging with sacred herbs, set an intention, and flow into an easeful state where you can listen to the beat of our own heart drum and the soft whispers of your soul. Drum meditation can help us find answers to specific questions, regulate our nervous system, connect with the dream world, facilitate lucid dreaming, feel a deeper connection with the earth, and cleanse through sound.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives us a chance to offer your slot to someone else.
